Quality

Our aim is to do what ever it takes to meet or even better to exceed the requirements of our customers. State of the art facilities with extensive quality programs enable us to succeed. We are preparing for future needs by continuous improvements in the area of quality.

 

• Backbone of this quality policy is the widespread implementation of ISO 9001. In Europe 75 % of all our sites are covered by a ISO 9001 certificate. Only some countries in Central and Eastern Europe have not implemented ISO 9001 yet.
  
  
• To ensure the quality of our different Specialities, single warehouses spread over Europe implemented additional quality systems complementary to their product groups.
  
  
• This are:
  GMP or GTDP (Good Trade and Distribution Practices)
  9 sites approved ISO 22000 or HACCP: 19 sites approved + 5 sites only implemented
  1site in progress
